About the Role

As Head of Indigenous Engagement and Diversity Sourcing, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing DEI strategies that drive business growth and social impact
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Leading matrixed teams and overseeing sourcing and procurement operations
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing team
  • Communicating and decision-making for national DEI initiatives and projects

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA and/or extensive Supply Chain Management experience in the context of DEI
  • Strategic leadership experience in leading and managing DEI programs and initiatives
  • Deep understanding of DEI best practices, concepts, and trends
  • Cultural competency and ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics
  • Strong management and leadership skills with a high degree of accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
