Job Title: Head of Indigenous Engagement and DEI Sourcing

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global real estate company and drive meaningful change in the industry. As the Head of Indigenous Engagement and DEI Sourcing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase Indigenous business engagement and sourcing, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Indigenous engagement and DEI sourcing strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Drive Indigenous business engagement and sourcing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance cultural competency and awareness
  • Monitor and report on progress against DEI metrics and targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DEI, Indigenous engagement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
