Job Title: Scotia iTRADE Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Scotia iTRADE, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our client-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized solutions to clients, recognizing their needs and preferences
  • Use discretion and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues
  • Facilitate a culture of passion, accountability, and collaboration within the team
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Broad knowledge of investment products and procedures relating to securities settlement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with volumes dictated by market trends, client demands, and seasonal peaks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to utilize time-management and prioritization skills

Training and Development:

We provide comprehensive training for all successful candidates, including a 4-week onboarding training and an additional 7-week training for those who require support to complete their licensing courses.

The Scotia iTRADE Contact Centre is open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled from 12pm-8pm. We value employee training and development, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
