They will also arrange for maintenance and repair work, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

In addition, they will recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate, assign, and review work.

The Operations Manager will also requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of transportation operations. They must be proficient in English and have a permanent contract with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
