Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, and practicing to the full scope of your professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to federal and provincial regulations
  • Offer counselling on prescriptions, over-the-counter and behind-the-counter products, promoting healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive customer care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to store standards and policies
Workflow and Inventory Management:
  • Ensure efficient workflow and inventory management, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity
  • Regularly review and maintain workflow queues, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
