Pharmacist - Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services in our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense and control medications accurately and timely to patients
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements
- Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and proactive manner
- Create awareness and educate customers through public health days and clinics
- Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and doctor requests
- Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy
- Provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
