Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Clerk to join our team at Agence de placement et de développement internationale inc (R.P.M.B). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Promote products, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in an electronics specialty shop.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
