Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote products and services to customers, and achieve sales targets.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Language

The primary language of work is French, with some English spoken.
