Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Representative to join our team at Coastal Community. As an Insurance Representative, you will provide support to clients in the promotion of all insurance products and services and in the processing of insurance related transactions for personal lines, automobile insurance, and some commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients in the promotion of all insurance products and services
  • Process insurance related transactions for personal lines, automobile insurance, and some commercial insurance
  • Respond to client reports concerning loss or damage to facilitate the processing of claims

Requirements

  • Applicable licensing concurrent with position
  • Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance
  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance
  • Ability to take over a book of renewals
  • Advanced ICBC experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to pursue continuous learning opportunities
