Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Representative, Level 2 to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our insurance products and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients in the promotion of all insurance products and services
  • Process insurance related transactions for personal lines, automobile insurance, and commercial insurance
  • Respond to client reports concerning loss or damage to facilitate the processing of claims
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Applicable licensing concurrent with position (consideration will be given to individuals with a Level 1 license and experience)
  • Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance
  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance
  • Ability to take over a book of renewals
  • Advanced ICBC experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to pursue continuous learning opportunities
