About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Systems Analyst to join our IT team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage security policies, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability scanning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in network administration, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- CCNA, CCNP, or MCSE certification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Azure/Intune management, Office 365 applications, and Teams.
