Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our sales floor and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Conduct regular sales and inventory analysis to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales.
  • Employee Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and support, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in retail sales and operations, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
