Office Administrator

SaskIT Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Advise senior management
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
