Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Spiritual Care and Guidance Animator. This position involves developing and implementing programs that promote community engagement, spiritual growth, and social consciousness among students.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as spirituality or social sciences. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, with knowledge of the English-speaking community being an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement activities that foster spiritual development and social awareness among students.
  • Provide individual or group support to students who require guidance on specific issues or problems related to their spiritual life and community involvement.
  • Maintain open communication with the school team to ensure the spiritual needs of students are met.
  • Offer advice and information to the school administration regarding student needs in relation to spiritual life and community involvement.
  • Foster collaboration with school resources to provide support and training where necessary.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of information to parents and the community about the spiritual care and guidance service, and collaborate with them to promote student spiritual growth and community involvement.
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $53,876 to $95,479, depending on the workload percentage. The location also impacts the compensation package, which includes benefits and other perks.
