Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Additionally, they will estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate team activities
- Supervise and train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Develop and submit reports on team performance and areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in food service or hospitality
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
- A competitive salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
