Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at TEEMA. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Design and implement business solutions, including process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Provide business analysis support to project teams, including testing and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated IM/IT experience.
  • 5+ years of Business analysis experience in projects using the Agile methodology.
  • 5 years of experience performing business analysis tasks in a Salesforce platform development project.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis of social services or case and care management.
  • 1 year of experience working within the Public Sector as a Business Analyst.
  • Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBA.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, DevOps and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent written and spoken competence in English.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline.
