About the Role: This is a highly demanding role requiring strong computer skills in MS Office applications and experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize department establishment and coordinate work
  • Establish organization objectives and represent the organization in official functions
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in health services administration and management
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
