Kindersley, Canada Federated Co-operatives Limited Full time

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Kindersley & District Co-op C-Store Team. This role requires you to work days, evenings, and weekends, with ample walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional member service, operating equipment safely, and completing department tasks on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure shelves are full and products are displayed well
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure products are ready for customers
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed
  • Assist with receiving duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Self-motivation, reliability, responsibility, friendliness, and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to handle multiple demands while providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to cooperative values and principles
  • A sense of urgency and customer-first attitude
  • The ability to be physically active and lift up to 50 lbs
