Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
Pattison Agriculture is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and dealership personnel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery to walk-in customers.
- Participate in required sales activities, including cold calling, customer follow-ups, and monitoring and completing tender submissions.
- Assist Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes.
- Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment and products, parts, and services available to customers.
- Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and promotions.
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of retail sales experience.
- Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver's license.
