Laundry and Dry Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry and Dry Cleaning General Manager to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry and dry cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in our laundry and dry cleaning services.
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of our laundry and dry cleaning facilities, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our laundry and dry cleaning services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team of laundry and dry cleaning staff, including providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the laundry and dry cleaning industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
