Laundry and Dry Cleaning Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry and Dry Cleaning General Manager to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Management
- Oversee the financial management of the laundry and dry cleaning services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Operational Management
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of laundry and dry cleaning services.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to meet business needs.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customer service standards are met, and that customers receive high-quality service and support.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the laundry and dry cleaning industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational management skills, with experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
