About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry and Dry Cleaning General Manager to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the financial management of the laundry and dry cleaning services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of laundry and dry cleaning services.
    • Manage the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to meet business needs.
  • Customer Service

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
