About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Supervisor at Holyrood Drycleaners and Tailors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning and laundry establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Develop and implement efficient schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer demands.

Monitor Quality and Production

Oversee the cleaning and processing of garments, ensuring high-quality standards are met and production levels are maintained.

Supervise Staff and Operations

Lead and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Requisition and Order Materials

Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal operations and meet customer needs.

Prepare Reports and Progress Updates

Compile and submit regular reports on production, quality, and staff performance to management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
