About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering time-limited, evidence-based psycho-social assessments and treatments to adults with Tier-3 mental disorders and Substance Use Disorders.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical health-related discipline, current registration with a relevant provincial regulatory body, and a minimum of two years' related experience. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of the principles of harm reduction, the dynamics of addiction, and evidence-based interventions for the treatment of addiction.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with limited supervision, participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate a solid understanding of subtle and complex diversity and inclusion issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $37.31 - $49.05 hourly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.

About You
