Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Finance to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning
    • Develop and implement detailed financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and decision-making.
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive value creation.
  • Financial Leadership and Advisory
    • Lead and manage financial planning and analysis teams to ensure delivery of high-quality financial information and insights.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and priorities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality financial information and insights.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business needs and priorities.
