Job Title: Logistics Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Leo Green Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise staff in duties and policies, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, reviewing progress and providing feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Accurate and organized with a strong work ethic.
