Job Title: Logistics Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Leo Green Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
  • Organized and able to maintain inventory and track stock levels.
