Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Leo Green Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing tasks, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress
  • Train and supervise staff in duties and policies
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The work hours are 35 hours per week.
