About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at New Thor Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of logistics operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics plans to meet business objectives, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure the effective operation of logistics operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
