As a Performance Coach at Movati Athletic, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching services, conducting personalized training sessions, and tracking client progress.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality coaching services to meet the diverse needs of our members
- Conduct personalized training sessions, offering suggestions, encouragement, and feedback
- Track client progress through regular review of programming and consistent movement assessments
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness strategies, techniques, and industry developments
- Maintain and upgrade certifications to provide the highest level of service to our members
- Post-secondary education in a related field (Kinesiology or Physical Education)
- 1+ years of experience in personal training or a related field
- 1+ years of sales experience (an asset)
- Successful completion of a nationally recognized personal training certification
- Current CPR certification
