Job Role

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at JFJ Construction LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to enhance productivity.
  • Establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to record release.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Conditions
  • Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
