Administrative Officer

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at JFJ Construction LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Delegate work to office support staff to enhance productivity.
- Establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to record release.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
- English language as the primary language of work.
