Office Administrator Position

- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities to ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities such as record-keeping, data management, and report preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Public transportation is available for those who need it.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
- Organized and reliable to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of work.
- Work Term: Full-time, 35 hours per week, in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
- Work Language: English.
