Automotive Manufacturing Operations Director

PBS Systems Inc., a leading DMS provider to the North American retail automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead to drive corporate growth and facilitate software implementations with dealership customers.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of experts, coach dealership personnel, manage daily activities, and oversee ongoing projects. As a key member of our team, you will remain calm under pressure and professional, fostering a supportive work culture and encouraging growth among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Serve as a role model, accurately communicate policy and vision, and foster a positive work environment.
- People Management: Involved in recruiting and retention, onboarding and ongoing training, support, mentorship, motivation, and encouragement of team members.
- Department Management: Coordinate staff schedules and workload, project oversight and support for complex incidents, queue management, project overviews, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Previous experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Computer proficiency, fluent in English, French is an asset.
- Available for travel within Canada and the US.
- Available to work nonstandard hours.
