Key Responsibilities
  • Category & Channel Strategy
    • Develop and implement category and channel strategies through assortment, net pricing, and contractual investment grounded in consumer, category, and shopper insights.
    • Provide insightful and fact-based recommendations integrating a customer-first approach with selling stories.
  • Promotional Strategy Integration
    • Revaluate, influence, and establish the future of our promotional strategy while unlocking customer or channel-specific findings to optimize our offers and Annual Operating Process downloads.
    • Collaborate with Finance Partners to quantify the 'cost of the plan' in terms of trade investment needed to execute promotional strategies.
  • Category Price Management
    • Define and articulate the role of pricing and promotion within the assigned category, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
    • Evaluate competitor pricing strategies and analyze the impact to Molson brands, developing a playbook and recommendations to address business impacts.
    • Lead recommendations and secure decisions on Ad Hoc price analysis, including identifying opportunities for revenue, price and volume impact analysis, and creating analytical models for pricing scenarios.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence, or strategy with demonstrated success in turning analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another analytical discipline.
  • Full bilingualism in French and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
