Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives that drive EBITDA growth.
  • Lead new and exciting projects, conduct in-depth data analysis, drive business insights, and present findings to senior leaders to inform financial decision-making.
  • Work with all levels of leadership to create buy-in, alignment, and a sense of urgency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities to support prioritization and re-investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing business planning and financial operational support and expertise to senior leaders.
  • Proven business acumen, problem-solving skills, and advanced analytical and financial skills.
  • Passion for driving automation, efficiencies, and simplification; always looking for ways to improve processes through experience and/or business tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical action, seamless collaboration with senior leaders, technology experts, and enablement primes.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to transform complex information into simple, clear language via multiple mediums - verbal, written, and visual.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset; proactive, high-performing individual thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in facilitation for all levels of leadership, including comfort and confidence working directly with senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and/or graduate degree (MBA, etc.).
  • Telecommunication/technology knowledge or experience.
  • 5+ years of working knowledge of strategic financial planning methodologies.

Compensation

Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. In addition, Intello Technologies Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including a competitive salary and bonus structure, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family.
