At Accoravillage, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Controller to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the reporting processes, including monthly P&Ls, forecasts, budget, and operational reporting.
- Support operations with cost analysis, margin improvement, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes.
- Participate in special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including IT, HR, and Payroll, to ensure effective relationships and communication.
- 7-10 years of experience in a finance role with demonstrated financial acumen and solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Strong analytical skills to validate data and reports in a timely manner.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data.
- Experience with ERP systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O being an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with others to drive solutions.
