Job Title: Vice President, Client Management Centre

At Farber, we're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President, Client Management Centre. This strategic role will play a vital part in driving our business forward, focusing on improving the client journey and scaling our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 70+ back-office professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement back-office strategy, driving process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Design and evaluate workflows, ensuring seamless client experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leaders to standardize processes, improve operational capabilities, and drive business growth.
  • Transform the team's culture to be data-driven, focusing on world-class client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in leading large client service teams, preferably in financial services or relevant industries.
  • Proven track record of transforming operations, driving efficiency, and improving client experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and drive performance with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with robotic process automation and leveraging technology to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
