About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at goeasy. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell complementary products, responding to incoming queries, and educating customers on available offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assess their needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on available products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships to drive new revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and contributing to company revenue.
- Experience in the automotive finance industry or as a finance manager is highly desirable.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for a process-driven sales approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and passion for excellence.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base pay and monthly commission.
- Total average compensation ranging between $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
