Archivist Position with Competitive Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Laval location, where you'll be part of a dynamic team working on various projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and storing materials according to established procedures;
- Maintaining accurate electronic inventory records;
- Ensuring proper indexing, location tracking, and movement of materials during reception, retrieval, shipment, and disposal processes;
- Preparing client records and verifying accuracy of information related to shipments or material disposal.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- AEC or DEC in Archiving, Administration, or equivalent qualification;
- The ability to work physically, lifting up to 15 kg;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- A positive attitude and adaptability to change;
- Strong organizational skills.
As an Assistant Archivist at Charles River Laboratories, you can expect a competitive salary of $18.75 per hour, plus opportunities for annual bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes:
