Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication Strategy and Planning
    • Support the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies.
    • Conduct audience research to identify trends, communication preferences, and opportunities for outreach.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and branding efforts.
    • Analyze the performance of communication initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Utilize AI tools to enhance data-driven communication strategies and predictive audience engagement.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • B2B Content: Develop and manage engaging B2B communication materials, such as press releases, white papers, case studies, and presentations.
    • Copywriting for All Platforms: Write clear, compelling copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and voice.
    • Blog & Articles: Write and edit articles that resonate with the target audience, boost SEO, and drive traffic to digital platforms.
    • Visual Content: Create or coordinate the production of infographics and visuals to communicate complex information in an accessible manner.
    • Reports & Presentations: Present research findings and communication metrics in a clear and impactful way for stakeholders.
    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms, with a strict focus on brand tone and voice.
    • Leverage AI tools to automate aspects of content creation and optimize messaging strategies.
  • Digital Communication and SEO/SEM Management
    • Manage and optimize digital communication channels, including website content, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic through SEO and SEM.
    • Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance, providing recommendations for ongoing optimization.
    • Use AI-driven tools to enhance personalized communication and streamline campaign management.
    • Stay current on digital communication trends, SEO/SEM best practices, and new marketing technologies.
  • Research and Insights
    • Conduct research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and emerging communication technologies.
    • Analyze competitor communication strategies and offer insights for improvement.
    • Use AI tools to gather deeper insights and provide recommendations for optimizing communication efforts.
