We are in search of a dynamic and results-focused Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in steering marketing campaigns, taking charge of social media management, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating across teams to amplify our company's presence. p>Your Impact

Marketing Campaign Process Management:

  1. Implement and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  2. Support market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Support leads in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  4. Work closely with graphic designers and other creative professionals to enhance the visual appeal and impact of digital and physical assets.

Support Digital Marketing and Customer Service:

  1. Assist in creating and optimizing digital marketing content.
  2. Support market research to identify content trends and preferences, ensuring that all digital content aligns with the company's brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  3. Support SEO best practice implementation to optimize digital content for search engines, enhancing discoverability and driving organic traffic.

Social Media Management:

  1. Collaborate with the agency for consistent online brand representation.
  2. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  3. Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  4. Lead the social media agency relationship.
  5. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage online communities.

Collaborate with Partnerships and Grassroots Marketing Team:

  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with partnerships team for collaborative campaigns.
  2. Participate in grassroots marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach.
  3. Leverage partnerships to amplify brand visibility and drive engagement.
  4. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure successful project delivery.
    1. Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven marketing decisions.
    2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
    3. Market Trends Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
    Core Competencies:
    1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    2. Team Collaboration: Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships.
    3. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    4. Social Media Expertise: Proficient in social media platforms, trends, and community management.
    5. Innovative Mindset: Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Project Management or a related field.
    2. 3-4 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management.
    3. Experience working in an agency or in a project management role.
    4. Experience working with project management tools such as Clickup, Monday.li>
    5. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
    6. Knowledge of the student market and experience in marketing to this demographic is a plus.
