Job Title: Industrial Coatings Foreman/Supervisor

Location: Nisku, Alberta

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (some weekends)

Hours: 10-12 hours per day (overtime available)

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + overtime (based on experience)

At Canada West 653 Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Coatings Foreman/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the painting and coating operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate painting and coating activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and control costs, inventory, and equipment
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial coatings or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervision
  • Strong knowledge of painting and coating processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
