CB Canada is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for integrated applications, ensuring seamless delivery of critical services to multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support and troubleshooting for integrated applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Application Administration: Administer and maintain integrated applications, ensuring compliance with ITIL and best practices for application release and change management.
- On-Call Support: Provide after-hours on-call support in line with Shaw Communications Inc. on-call guidelines (24 x 7).
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis and work with the Problem Management team to track on-going issues.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional system administration and application support duties as required.
- Experience: 8+ years' experience in an Application Support role, including on-call and deployments/after-hours activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Skills: Strong written/verbal communication skills, organizational proficiency, and experience with users onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Active Directory (users, groups, elevated rights), SSO, Account Access Provision, Access Review, and experience provisioning accounts for Market Data systems.
- Assignment Length: 12 months.
- Location: Calgary, AB.
