Job Title: Application Support Specialist - Procurement & SCM

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Procurement and SCM applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement Oracle Procurement and SCM applications
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our supply chain systems
  • Provide expert support to end-users
  • Assist stakeholders with issue resolution, enhancements, and project requirements
  • Execute Oracle upgrades, including regression and new feature testing
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle Fusion ERP
  • 5+ years of experience with managing and implementing Oracle Procurement and SCM
  • 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM module implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Receipt Accounting, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning), FBDI
  • Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently with little guidance or reliance on oral/written instructions
