Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our support capabilities
