We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team and help drive our business forward.

About the Role

As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Procurement and SCM applications, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our supply chain systems, and providing expert support to end-users.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting stakeholders with issue resolution, enhancements, and executing project requirements
  • Analysis, design, scheduling, development, and delivery of Oracle Procurement and SCM development components
  • Active involvement in Oracle upgrades, including regression and new feature testing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6+ years of proven demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle Fusion ERP
  • 5+ years of experience with managing and implementing Oracle Procurement and SCM
  • 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM module implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Receipt Accounting, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning), FBDI
  • Ability to handle Month-end issues independently and propose best practices
  • Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance or reliance on oral/written instructions
  • Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications and experience in the procurement or supply chain management industry is an asset

Education & Experience

You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in information technology or a business-related discipline is an asset
