About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at the NHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with renal conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered practitioner.
- Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual programs of care for patients.
- Document interventions performed and care delivered, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to the maintenance of an environment that promotes effective care and ensures patient safety.
- Lead a team of clinical support workers on a shift-by-shift basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A relevant healthcare qualification, such as NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or Diploma in Health Level 3.
- Significant experience working within a healthcare setting, delivering personal and clinical care.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Caring and motivated attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
