This is a critical role in the success of our complex, multi-organizational clinical transformation initiative. The Clinical Education Specialist will provide empowering education delivery grounded in adult learning principles, clinical expertise, and/or health education experience. This will ensure that users of the new clinical information system meet user competency targets and are safe and efficient users of the system.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or health-related field and minimum 5+ years of experience in a clinical environment or health-related role. They should also have demonstrated knowledge and skill in delivering evidence-based education in a clinical setting, as well as leadership in adult learning methodologies and best practices.
