We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Access Academy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and compiling data and statistics.

The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our office. They will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

The successful candidate will have a college education and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
