Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and PR strategies to drive revenue and growth
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and email marketing
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to increase online presence and drive traffic to our websites
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback
  • Ensure continuous professional development for team members through training and development opportunities
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for events and conferences held at our resorts
  • Develop and manage the marketing and PR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Track expenditures and ROI, making data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and public relations, within the hospitality industry
  • Proven record of developing and executing successful marketing and PR campaigns
  • A passion for travel, hospitality, and the outdoors
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
